Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements (referred to herein as "TE", "we", "us", and "our") owns and operates this Website, Mobile Application, and SMS/MMS messaging platform. Your access to or use of this Website, Mobile Application, or messaging services is governed by the following terms and conditions.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. We may change the Website or Mobile Application, or delete Content or features of the Website or Mobile Application, at any time, in any way, for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion.
4. Note Regarding Life Members:
Life Members are independent third-party contractors of Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements and are not otherwise affiliated with Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements. Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements is not responsible or liable for the statements, acts, or omissions of Life Members, whether through or in connection with the Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements Website or Mobile Application, offline, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements has no control over, and is not responsible or liable for, any text, images, or other information or materials posted by Life Members to any online sites or any materials communicated by Life Members to you. Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements has not taken any steps to confirm the accuracy or reliability of any Life Members or other materials communicated by Life Members to you, and makes no representations or warranties as to the security of any communications between you and any Life Members undertaken using Life Members’ Content (for example, email links posted by Life Members).
5. Copyright:
All information, materials, functions, and other content (including Submissions as defined in Section 11 below) provided on this Site or Mobile Application (collectively, "Content"), such as text, graphics, images, etc., is the property of Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements or the property of our licensors and is protected by US and international copyright laws. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all Content on this Site or Mobile Application is the exclusive property of Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements and is protected by US and international copyright laws. Except as stated herein or as otherwise provided in an express authorization from Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements no material from the Site or Mobile Application may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Any unauthorized use of any material contained in this Site or Mobile Application is strictly prohibited.
6. Trademarks:
Unless otherwise noted, the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, and logos (collectively "Trademarks") used and displayed on this Site or Mobile Application are our registered and unregistered Trademarks and the Trademarks of our licensors. Nothing on this Site or Mobile Application should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site or Mobile Application. 7. Back Offices:
Access to the Back Office is limited to those members who have been granted such access by Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements and is controlled through the use of a username and password. You agree that you will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and will not disclose either your username or your password to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activity in the Back Office that is conducted under your username and password. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your username, password, or any other breach of security that you become aware of involving or relating to the Back Office.
You acknowledge that access to and use of the Back Office by you is granted only if any applicable Back Office fees, if required, have been paid by you to Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements. Should you fail to pay any such fees when due, Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements reserves the right to terminate your access to the Back Office. You further acknowledge that the fee(s) required for access and use of the Back Office may be modified or changed by Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements at any time at its sole discretion and shall become effective no less than 30 days after Multimedia Solutions, LLC DBA Technical Elements has notified you of such change or modification. Notification of changes or modifications shall be given to you by electronic mail to your email address on file and/or by posting to the Back Office. Your continued use of or access to the Back Office shall constitute your acceptance of any such change or modification.
In order to access and use the Back Office, you must set up an account. You agree to provide, maintain, and update true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration processes. You shall not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person's username, password, or other account information, or another person's name, likeness, voice, image, or photograph. You also agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your username, password, other account information, or any other breach of security that you become aware of involving or relating to the Back Office.
We may suspend or terminate your account and your ability to use the Back Office or any portion thereof for failure to comply with these Terms of Use or any special items related to a particular service, for infringing copyright, or for any other reason whatsoever.

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site or Mobile Application and the Content, subject to these Terms of Use. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Site or Mobile Application shall be filed, and that venue properly lies, only in the State or Federal courts located in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan or in the Michigan state court in Genesee County, State of Michigan, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
